Police-Enterprise Collaboration • Building Integrity Together Licheng Food Invites Jinjiang Public Security Bureau to Conduct Integrity Training Session

On the afternoon of July 8, Licheng specially invited relevant leaders and experts from the Jinjiang Municipal Public Security Bureau to conduct a thematic training session titled “Police-Enterprise Collaboration for Joint Integrity Defense” for its staff.

Leading officials including Hong Songpai, Secretary-General of the Jinjiang Private Enterprise Integrity Guard Association; Yang Liyan, Captain of the Economic Crime Investigation Squad at Jinjiang Public Security Bureau; and Huang Pengcheng, Police Chief of the Economic Crime Investigation Brigade at Jinjiang Public Security Bureau, attended the event to provide guidance. Over a hundred participants, including all middle and senior management personnel and key position staff from Licheng Food, attended the training.

During the session, Officer Huang illustrated key points with real-world case studies. This approach not only made the content vivid and accessible but also underscored the practical relevance of legal education. Through these examples, participants gained a clear understanding of the consequences of illegal and non-compliant actions, as well as the critical importance of compliance for long-term corporate development. Officer Huang further offered specific recommendations on enhancing internal controls within private enterprises and refining oversight mechanisms, covering areas such as personnel selection, institutional standardization, and strengthened education.

Following the training, Chairman He addressed the gathering. He emphasized that all Licheng employees must learn from these cases as a constant warning, maintain self-discipline, reflect on the dangers of greed, uphold integrity as a fundamental principle, and fortify their ideological defenses. Through concrete actions, they must adhere to Licheng's core values and promote a culture of integrity and honesty.

This training has strengthened the legal awareness of executives and employees, enhancing their ability to identify and prevent occupational crime risks at their source. It encourages them to consciously adhere to laws and regulations in their daily work, effectively recognizing and avoiding potential risk points that could lead to occupational crimes.
